1. החלפת מוצרים
תנאי סף להחלפה: ניתן להחליף מוצרים אך ורק אם הם סגורים באריזתם המקורית, לא נפתחו, שלא נמדדו, לא כובסו ולא נעשה בהם כל שימוש.
אופן ביצוע ההחלפה: יש לשלוח את המוצרים חזרה אלינו תוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלתם.
עלויות שילוח: עלויות המשלוח אלינו וחזרה אלייך חלות על הלקוחה.
ניתן לבחור בין משלוח בדואר רשום או פיקאפ (23 ש"ח) לבין דואר שליחים (50 ש"ח).
2. החזרות וביטול עסקה
תנאי סף להחזרה: ניתן להחזיר מוצרים באריזתם המקורית בלבד, שלא נפתחו, שלא נמדדו, לא כובסו ולא נעשה בהם שימוש.
החזרה תוך 14 ימי עסקים: ינתן זיכוי כספי לאמצעי התשלום איתו בוצעה ההזמנה, בניכוי 5% עמלת ביטול כחוק. הזיכוי הינו עבור עלות המוצרים בלבד ואינו כולל את עלויות המשלוח המקוריות.
החזרה מעל 14 ימי עסקים: יינתן קרדיט (זיכוי) לרכישה באתר בשווי עלות המוצרים (לא כולל דמי משלוח).
ביטול עסקה לאחר משלוח: יינתן זיכוי בשווי הקנייה (לא כולל דמי משלוח ו5% עמלת ביטול עסקה) .
הטבת משלוח חינם: במידה וקיבלת משלוח חינם (ברכישה מעל 600 ש"ח) והעסקה בוטלה או הוחזרה, יקוזזו דמי המשלוח המקוריים בסך 50 ש"ח מסכום ההחזר.
חבילה שלא נאספה: במידה והחבילה נשלחה אך לא נאספה על ידי הלקוחה והוחזרה אלינו, תחויב הלקוחה בדמי ההחזרה לחברת המשלוחים בסך 23 ש"ח, בנוסף לדמי המשלוח המקוריים.
3. אופן משלוח המוצרים חזרה
את המוצרים להחלפה או החזרה יש לשלוח בדואר לכתובת: לכבוד כותנה, ת.ד. 69, כמון, מיקוד 2011200 (או בתיאום מראש להגעה ישירה לכותנה בכמון).

4. מוצרים שלא ניתן להחליף או להחזיר על פי הנחיות משרד הבריאות
על פי הנחיות משרד הבריאות והוראות החוק, לא ניתן לבטל עסקה, להחזיר או להחליף מוצרי היגיינה אישית.

Meets the standards of the US Consumer Safety Committee, lasts up to 300 washes, eco-friendly, soft, breathable and flexible.
Benefits of using underwear:
The panties are ecological, breathable and absorbent. Are received softly and naturally to the body. Cotton does not contain hazardous chemicals, is more absorbent and durable over time.
