מדיניות החזרות/החלפות/ביטולים
1. החזרות/ביטול: ניתן להחזיר מוצרים שלא כובסו ולא נעשה בהם שימוש, את המוצרים יש לשלוח חזרה בדואר תוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר,
ההחזרה תתבצע בדואר ל: כותנה, ת.ד. 69 כמון 2011200 או ישירות לכותנה בכמון.
יש לצרף פתק שכתוב עליו שם מלא, טלפון, כתובת וסיבת ההחלפה.
כשהמוצרים יגיעו נזכה אתכם על המוצרים פחות 5% עמלת ביטול על פי חוק, הזיכוי עבור המוצרים בלבד ואינו כולל את עלות המשלוח ללקוחה בסכום שבו שולם.
במידה וקיבלת את המוצרים בדואר שליחים בחינם ברכישה מעל 600 ש"ח, תחוייבי בעלות המשלוח בסך 50 ש"ח, שלא יקוזזו מההחזר.
במידה והחבילה נשלחה ולא נאספה, עלות החזרת החבילה אלינו בסך 23 ש"ח חלות על הלקוחה.
מעל 14 ימי עסקים להחזרת המוצר, יינתן זיכוי בשווי הקנייה לרכישה באתר, הזיכוי לא כולל את עלויות המשלוח.
תחתונים: על פי הנחיות משרד הבריאות לא ניתן להחליף או להחזיר תחתונים, אנא בצעי את הבדיקות והמדידות ע"פ מדריכי המידות באתר לפני הרכישה.

The pad can be used in two ways:
1. A wingless menstrual pad for use along with tight underwear that will hold it.
Important - Use with extra tight underwear, which have the ability to hold the pad so that it does not move, note that the pad may move because it does not have glue / wings / snaps.
2. The pads can be used as pads for extra absorption for a reusable diaper.
You can change the fold when one side is saturated.
* Note that the pads are outlet - available in a wide range of sizes from 18.5 * 23 to 23.5 * 28. The sizes that appear for selection are inaccurate due to the fact that there are outlets from a very wide range of sizes.
